Our series of B2B solid rubber distribution boxes are assembled with high-quality materials and built according to the latest techniques, in an extremely robust design. These boxes meet the strict requirements of the European standard EN 61439-4. Each distribution box is extensively tested under full load and high voltage, and supplied with a detailed test certificate on which all measured values are accurately displayed. This guarantees optimum safety and reliability.
Unique 32 Amp. distribution cabinet consisting of:
Input: via a 5-pin 32A appliance socket
Cable entry: via 1 flush-mounted socket 5-pin 32A
Power: 2 flush-mounted sockets 5-pin 32A protected by 1 20A circuit breaker per socket.
Lighting: 6 flush-mounted sockets 2-pin + earth 16A protected by 1 16A circuit breaker per 2 sockets.
Residual current: all flush-mounted sockets are protected by 1 residual current circuit breaker 40A 0,03A.
Standard: robust steel frame, heavily galvanized.
- Housing made of 100% solid rubber; unique composition where impact and shock resistance is the starting point.
- Use of premium materials such as: Siemens, Eurokontakt, BTicino and Bremas.
- The frame is made of hot-dip galvanized steel, which guarantees complete protection and a wear-resistant, durable finish, and remains rust-free. This makes the frame particularly suitable for intensive use and application in outdoor environments.
- Our portable distribution boxes are designed for maximum serviceability. Sockets can be easily replaced from the outside without having to open the distribution box. This allows interventions to be carried out quickly and efficiently, resulting in minimal downtime. In addition, safety is significantly enhanced, as no access to live parts is required during replacement or maintenance.
- The Midi is tested and delivered with a comprehensive test report.
Bos distribution cabinets are extensively tested under full load in accordance with the European standard EN 61439-4. This standard ensures safe electrical installations at construction sites. Using our modern testing equipment, we test for all possibilities, from high voltage to leakage current testing. After this test, every distribution cabinet receives a unique and comprehensive test report, which can be downloaded anywhere via a scannable QR code.
In addition to our original KEMA-approved distribution boxes we also supply a B2B implementation: a more cost-effective alternative for projects where standardization and efficiency are paramount.
The B2B series is mass-produced, is not KEMA approved, and uses Worldelectric vending machines and other contact materials. Due to fixed configurations and economies of scale, this version is particularly suitable for large-scale applications where speed and cost-effectiveness are important – without compromising on quality.
